Buicks at Bates Nut Farm Car Show ---- The Buick Grand National Car Club  presents its 19th annual exhibition of what it bills as the largest exhibition of Buicks on the West Coast. More than 75 cars are expected at the show, including GN, GS, GSX and GNX models from the '60s, '70s and '80s. Corpus Christi fest in Pala ---- The Mission San Antonio de Pala hosts its 195th Corpus Christi Fiesta, featuring a full day of family activities. The program begins with an outdoor Catholic Mass in the reservation's old olive grove, followed by a procession through Pala village. Music, dancers, bird singers, food and games will follow later in the day. The festival of Corpus Christi dates to the 13th century and is tied to the celebration of the Eucharist; 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Pala Mission Road, Pala; free; 760-742-3317.
