Overview

We design and manufacture of industrial machinery technologies used in the coking process, a critical but highly polluting in the production of crude steel.Our products are sold primarily to large and medium-sized steel mills and coking plants in China that use or plan to use the method of CDQ coke, a more environmentally friendly and energy-conserving coke from the traditional method of coke wet quenching.

We currently design and manufacture of vehicles used in transport systems QCD QCD and clean technology products, coke oven such as elevators coke oven, transfer machines and smoke machines for cleaning coal. These products clean coke oven technologies are used to maintain the coke ovens and to reduce the amount of pollution they emit.We also design and manufacture basic products such as coke oven coke drums, coke drum carriers, cars off the wet, the cars of coal, coke guide cars and coke pushers. These commodities coke ovens are necessary components for all systems coke oven.

In the fourth quarter of 2011, we plan to offer our exclusive services steel plate merger ("Merger steel sheets") to a manufacturer of steel plates in northern China's large, medium Minmetals Yingkou Plate Co., Ltd ("Minmetals Yingkou").Minmetals Yingkou is a producer of steel plate set in China with over 30 years of experience in manufacturing steel plates. It is a subsidiary of the renowned China Minmetals, a Global Fortune 500 company based in China, focusing on the development and production of metals and minerals.

On June 2, 2010, we entered into a strategic non-exclusive agreement, as amended August 9, 2010, to merge the metal tiles produced by Minmetals Yingkou steel plate using Fusion.Minmetals Yingkou will manufacture finished steel plates from slabs of molten metal that we produce for sale to its customers and has agreed to manufacture 200,000 tons of steel plates per year, adjusted according to market demand 500,000 tonnes per year. We will receive a processing fee based on the size, type and number of tons of slabs of molten metal that we produce. The processing fee is renegotiable based on market demand for final manufactured steel plates.

“I can’t name names at this point but there are publishers out there that really want to get on board. The success of Wii has shown everyone that this project is viable, and anyone making games for the Wii will now be able to bring those games to the other platforms.

“We’re treating this as a platform roll-out. There’s going to be a major spend on marketing as well – this is a really big deal for us.

“The Wii is a fantastic piece of kit. But Fusion changes the playing field again – if Wii is going to be the cheaper option, we can bring the better, more sophisticated option to PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
