CNY Elder Law Cuts Ribbon on New Rome Office - Oneida County Courier

(Rome, NY- June 2011) Joined by federal, state, and locally elected officials, the CNY Elder Law & Estate Planning Firm of Radley & Rheinhardt officially opened its new office in the REACH Center in Rome by celebrating with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. In addition to its Ilion office, this is the second location for the firm, which focuses its practice on elder law.

About the Attorneys

In addition to his 25 years of experience practicing law, partner Jeff Rheinhardt is the first local attorney to become a Certified Elder Law Attorney through the National Elder Law Foundation (NELF).  He is an active member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and also serves as the district delegate to the Elder Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.

Focusing his practice on Medicaid and long-term care planning, attorney Christopher Bray also specializes in elder law, future care planning for persons with disabilities and their families, guardianships, estate planning and administration, and real estate matters. Bray is second vice president of the Herkimer County Bar Association, a member of the Oneida County Bar Association, and the Elder Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.

Regan Rondinelli-Haberek joined Radley & Rheinhardt as Associate Attorney in October 2009. She concentrates her practice in estate planning and administration, social security, disability, and real estate matters. Rondinelli-Haberek is a also a member of the Herkimer County Bar Association, the Oneida County Bar Association, and the Elder Law Section of New York State Bar Association.

About the REACH Facility

CNY Elder Law is one of the first tenants in the REACH Facility, a recently revitalized building located on West Dominick Street in Rome. Building renovations were completed with the help of grant funding obtained by Rome Up & Running, a community development organization.

To give local residents an opportunity to see the new office and meet the attorneys, the firm is planning to host an open house on June 21.
